SOPRSLAB.com is referred to as ‘SOPRSLAB’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘our’ in the present document throughout. You accept the terms of service of SOPRSLAB by registering as a user on SOPRSLAB.com. Further, the words ‘Your’ or ‘You’ refers to the person or entity that creates an account, which includes, but is not limited to You. As a result, before utilizing our service, please read and comprehend this document. As indicated in clause 14, we reserve right to amend this agreement, if required, in future.

Our Service

SOPRSLAB.com allows its users to share the offers and deals hosted on its website on any social media platform or via the E-mail. The users then get a commission If the deal shared by him is utilized by the one to whom it is shared. Once the receiver utilizes the deal/offer to shop, you will earn the commission.

Creating an Account on SOPRSLAB

Creating an Account SOPRSLAB.com is designed for Indian customers and exclusively offers Commission in Indian National Rupees (INR). To open a SOPRSLAB.com account, you must be an Indian resident and at least 18 years old. Per individual, only one account is permitted.
Due to security reasons, changes to your SOPRSLAB.com account’s name and email address are not authorized. As a result, while registering for an account with SOPRSLAB.com, you must enter only real, correct and up-to-date information. This data contains your name, email address, and other pertinent information. You are also responsible for keeping this information up to date in the event of a change. Because your email address is essential for us to communicate with you, you must make sure that you have full access to the email address you offer us.
User can’t run any paid ads on any platforms including Facebook, Google or any other similar websites with SOPRSLAB links.

Cancellation/Termination of SOPRSLAB Account

SOPRSLAB.com retains the right to cancel any account if any fraudulent, abusive, or unfair behavior is detected. Accounts that are deemed ‘inactive’ in accordance with clause 15 may also be cancelled.
If user found doing paid promotion for SOPRSLAB links will result termination of account.
If a user fails to furnish us with a genuine or functional email address, his or her membership will be cancelled. In addition, we have the right to refuse or deny membership to anybody.

Commission

As a SOPRSLAB.com user, you may earn commission when the person to whom you shared the deal, utilizes or uses that deal to make a purchase. We, on the other hand, can only give commission on legitimate purchases that have been successfully monitored and certified by the sellers. Once the transaction is successfully tracked, we receive the commission which is directly transferred to you.
Please keep in mind that your transaction may not be monitored or eligible for a commission if certain conditions are not met. We cannot be held liable for the same under any circumstances. Retailers/Sellers determine whether a transaction is authentic or lawful by using their own set of standards. A commission would not be transferred if the store regarded the transaction to be non-genuine or illegitimate.
SOPRSLAB.com will constantly make every attempt to recover non-payments and missing commission from vendors. If you completed a legitimate transaction but did not get a commission, you may file a claim by contacting our customer service. We retain the right, however, to discontinue pursuing your commission claim at any time, and our decision shall be final in this respect.
It is possible that you could receive less commission than you expected. This occurs when the retailer/sellers provides us with a sum less than his original claim. In this situation, you may submit a question, and we will pursue it with the store. However, we retain the right to close this inquiry claim if the shop does not pay within three months.
SOPRSLAB.com may also forfeit commission in the following circumstances:
A. If the user is not signed in when using SOPRSLAB.com and we get an unattributed commission payment that is not connected with any user account.
b. If the commission is credited to an account that SOPRSLAB terminates under Clause 4 or 11.

Unique Referral Fee:

The SOPRSLAB Service also provides a unique referral fee to its Members where the Members get Five percent profit on each new Member’s Profit introduced by them in the manner provided on the Platform (?Qualifying Referral?) as long as they remain a Member themselves. However, some particular stores may not fall into the category of 5% Referral earning. In those stores, the referral earning may vary from (1-9)%. Earnings capped to the each referrer Rs.2500/- per month. Eg- So, if you referred 10 people, You can earn Rs.2500*10 = Rs.25000/- per month.

Payments

After a Member successfully completes a Qualifying Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Profit for that Qualifying Transaction, we pass that Profit to the Member through his/her Profit Receipt Method.
Please note that there are various circumstances in which a transaction with a Retailer may not constitute a Qualifying Transaction or Profit may not result from it. This is also true for a Qualifying Referral. The Member understands that all transactions made by him/her are not with us, but with the individual Retailer. Our help pages provide further information about these circumstances. Further, from time to time Retailers may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the profit offer illustrated on our Platform may be incorrect. By default, your applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported to us by the Retailer, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. We shall not be liable for any difference in the expected profit by the Member and the actual Profit received by the Member.
When we have traced a paying, Qualifying Transaction to your Account, we will credit your Account with a ‘pending’. Once the Retailer confirms the transaction, the payment will be marked as ‘validated’ – this can take 90 days or more from the date of the purchase. If the goods are returned or the sale reversed or amended by any means then the Profit payment will not be made. Apart from the Retailer, it is also mandatory for the members to intimate SOPRSLAB about any returns or exchanges for which they might have earned Profit unduly.
Whether a transaction shall qualify as a Qualifying for Profit Transaction (including Profit through a Qualifying Referral) shall be at the sole discretion of the Retailer or us and the Member understands and agrees to the same. We shall not be held responsible if the Retailer fails to report a sale to us or does not qualify a transaction as a Qualifying Transaction. Further, we shall not be responsible in the event due to some technical or other error we cannot trace a sale back to the Member and do not qualify the transaction as a Qualifying Transaction or a Qualifying Referral for any reason whatsoever. Whilst we will endeavor to recuperate non-payments from the Retailer, the decision of ourselves, the Retailer, or the Retailer’s tracking agent is final. Whilst we will try and recuperate missing commissions, at any point we reserve the right not to chase missing commission claims, particularly where no purchase has been made.
Further, in the event that the Retailer feels that the purchase is not genuine for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive any Profit for the transaction, the Member will not receive any Profit.
We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can include transactions that are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, or transactions that have already been paid over to you by NEFT or any other payment modes as We may introduce from time to time. In all such incidences, SOPRSLAB has the right to recover all unduly paid profit that the member is not entitled to earn, through legal proceedings.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines what information we may collect about you, how we may use it, the options you have regarding its use, and whether or not we share it with anyone else. This document includes a Privacy Policy, and by agreeing to it, you give us permission to treat your information according to the rules of the policy.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

SOPRSLAB.com is copyright protected. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights connected to SOPRSLAB.com and its services are wholly owned by SOPRSLAB.com. Without our permission, no one may duplicate, reproduce, or distribute any portion of this site, with or without alteration, or any data included within it. Our name, logo, and services shall not be used for commercial purposes.
You grant us a nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute any material you post to SOPRSLAB.com by doing so.

Our Role

Please keep in mind that you are dealing with individual retailers, not SOPRSLAB.com. SOPRSLAB is not connected in any way with the transactions you conduct on any of the SOPRSLAB.com retailer’s websites. SOPRSLAB.com just links you to the retailer’s website and is thus exempt from any duty or legal duties imposed on the sellers of such products and services.
We’re also free of any duty or control over:
– The quality, safety, and legality of the items and services supplied by SOPRSLAB.com sellers.
– Whether or if the retailers can or will provide the products and services they advertise.

Unauthorized Use of our Website

In any event of unauthorized use of our website, we reserve the right to cancel any user account if it is discovered to be in violation of any of our Terms of Service.
Users shall not conduct or attempt to conduct any transaction with a store or obtain commission by submitting erroneous or misleading information. Users must also avoid from fraudulently or unjustly abusing shop offerings.
Tampering with the website, such as changing URLs, sharing illegal URLs, email cloaking, running automated scripts, or spidering sites, will result in the account’s permanent suspension/termination.
SOPRSLAB users are also required to ensure that any information submitted by him/her does not:
– Defamatory, derogatory, abusive, obscene, indecent, or malevolent.
– Contain any computer virus, macro virus, Trojan horse, worm, or anything else designed to interfere with interrupt, or disrupt a computer’s regular working routines, or to intercept, access without authorization, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
– Infringe on the rights of any individual or organization.
– Promote/Advertise any products or services.
We would appreciate it if you could notify us if you come across anything on SOPRSLAB.com that breaches the aforementioned criterion. Each user also recognizes that SOPRSLAB has the right, but not the obligation, to delete any such information that violates the aforementioned criterion. The user will be held liable for any legal issues that develop as a result of the material he or she posts.

Liability

SOPRSLAB.com shall be liable only as expressly specified in this agreement, and will be exempt from any other liability, duty, or obligation in contract, tort, or otherwise.
SOPRSLAB will also not be liable to you or any other entity/person in relation to content given by users, transactions (or non-transactions) with vendor/retailer/store, or any activity or communication pertaining to such material or transactions.
Users are exclusively responsible for preserving the secrecy of their passwords, and SOPRSLAB cannot be held accountable for any password theft or the repercussions thereof.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SOPRSLAB.com against all liability, loss, claim, demand, damage or expense that may occur:
– Concerning the usage of SOPRSLAB.com
– Any breach of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
– Any purchase from a Store featured on SOPRSLAB.com.
Though we take the greatest care and follow severe procedures to guarantee that the content on SOPRSLAB.com is true and up to date, we accept no liability for any mistake or omission, or any damage resulting from the same.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

We unilaterally retain the right, at our sole discretion, to amend the terms and conditions mentioned in this document and release a new one at any time. Users will be fully informed of any changes, and the revised Terms of Service will go into effect no later than -XX- days.

Inactive Accounts

We have the right to close inactive accounts. Accounts marked as ‘inactive’ have had no activity during the previous -XX- months. Simply check in to your account once every -XX- months to avoid your account being tagged as inactive. All redeemable or pending

Miscellaneous

Failure to act on a breach of any term of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that provision or any other aspect of this Agreement.
If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement will remain legal and enforceable.

Linking

Links to additional websites may be found on SOPRSLAB.com. We are not responsible for any other website’s practices or content. Because we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their content, please read the terms of service and privacy policies that govern your use of such linked websites. You shall express any complaints regarding any other websites to the administrator of that site.

Termination of Program

We retain the right to end the Program in its entirety or in part at any time and without notice. In the event the Program is terminated, you will have –XX- days to redeem your SOPRSLAB Cashback from the date notice is transmitted by SOPRSLAB to the email address specified in Your Account, provided to SOPRSLAB during Your registration with Us. We shall not be liable if we fail to notify you of Program termination due to an incorrect email address provided by you, or your failure to check your mails.

Virus Disclaimer

We make every attempt to thoroughly review all of the information on SOPRSLAB.com. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your computer data that occurs while using SOPRSLAB.com.

Law

All of the terms of this agreement, as well as our relationship with each of our user, are regulated by Indian law. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the -XX- court.

Keeping of this Agreement

SOPRSLAB.com will not submit an individual agreement for each and every user that registers. This agreement is available on our website. It is advised that you print or download a copy of this agreement to maintain on your personal computer.

Assignments

You may not delegate any of your rights, responsibilities, privileges, or performance under this Agreement without our prior written approval. You are the only one who can decide whether or not to participate in the Program. SOPRSLAB commission earned through the Program may not be assigned or transferred to a third party unless SOPRSLAB specifically authorizes it in writing. SOPRSLAB commission may not be sold, transferred, lent, exchanged, pooled, or bartered by anybody other than SOPRSLAB. Any SOPRSLAB commission that is assigned, sold, or transferred in violation of these terms and conditions may be confiscated or cancelled.
